To protect the health, safety, and privacy of all our customers, we enforce a strict NO RETURNS, NO EXCHANGES, AND NO REFUNDS FOR ANY REASON OTHER THAN CONFIRMED MANUFACTURING DEFECTS policy for all intimate adult products. This policy is non-negotiable and applies to all orders, regardless of purchase location.



1.Eligibility for Refund (Only Manufacturing Defects Accepted)


We will ONLY consider refund requests for confirmed manufacturing defects, reported within 14 calendar days of delivery with unedited, clear photo/video proof that meets the following requirements:

  • The defect is visible and verifiable (e.g., broken/malfunctioning parts, missing critical components, factory assembly errors)
  • The order number is written on a piece of paper next to the product in all photos/videos (to prevent fraud)
  • The product is in its original, unaltered state (no signs of use, damage, or modification beyond the manufacturing defect itself)

ABSOLUTELY NO REFUNDS OR RETURNS WILL BE ISSUED FOR:

  • Change of mind, personal preference, or dissatisfaction with the product (e.g., texture, size, fit, or performance)
  • Allergic reactions, skin irritation, or discomfort (unless proven to be caused by a manufacturing defect, not individual skin sensitivity)
  • Size/measurement issues (all product dimensions are clearly listed on the product page)
  • Damage caused by improper use, neglect, or modification after delivery
  • Lost or stolen packages (once marked as delivered by the carrier)
  • Sale items, gift cards, or promotional free gifts
  • Requests submitted after the 14-day window, or without the required photo/video proof



2. Refund Process & Terms

Special Rules for USDT‑TRC20 Cryptocurrency Payments


If your payment is completed through an irreversible USDT‑TRC20 cryptocurrency transfer:
  1. Order cancellation and full refund are available only before shipment.
  2. To request a cancellation, please email us with your Order Number before shipment.
  3. Refunds will be sent to your provided valid TRC20 wallet address within 24 hours of cancellation confirmation.
  4. For damaged or lost items after shipment, please contact us with photo evidence within 7 days of delivery for review.

To submit a defect claim, contact us at privatebliss.official@outlook.com with your order number and full photo/video proof of the defect within 14 days of delivery.

Our team will review your request within 2 business days. If approved, we reserve the right to offer either a full refund to your original payment method OR a replacement product at our sole discretion.

If a refund is issued, it will be processed within 10 business days. Please note that bank/credit card processing times may add an additional 5-10 business days for the funds to reflect in your account.

No returns are required for approved defect claims. We do not accept any returned products, even if defective, to eliminate the risk of cross-contamination.


Note: In the rare case where we explicitly request a product return (to verify the defect), a 15% restocking fee will apply, and the customer is responsible for all return shipping costs. This fee will only apply if a return is specifically authorized by our team in writing.



3. European Union 14-Day Cooling-Off Period


In compliance with EU consumer law, we acknowledge the 14-day cooling-off period for online purchases. However:

  • This right does NOT apply to any intimate adult products, whether opened or unopened, due to their sensitive hygiene and personal nature. No returns, exchanges, or refunds will be granted under the cooling-off period for these items.
  • All sales to EU customers are final, except for confirmed manufacturing defects as outlined in Section 1 above.



4. Final Notes


  • All orders are shipped in 100% discreet, unmarked packaging to protect your privacy.
  • We reserve the right to refuse any refund request that does not meet the above criteria, or that we determine to be fraudulent or abusive, even if submitted within the 14-day window.
