1. Discreet Shipping
To protect your privacy for adult products, all orders are shipped in plain, unmarked, neutral packaging with no logos, product labels, sensitive descriptions, or adult-related information on the outside. The package contents are completely hidden and not visible to anyone during delivery, shipping, or handling.
2. Order Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment is fully confirmed and verified.
Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.
3. Shipping Destinations
We currently ship to most countries and regions worldwide, including the United States, Canada, Europe, the United Kingdom, and Australia.
4. Delivery Time
- United States & Canada: 7–15 business days
- Europe & United Kingdom: 10–20 business days
- Other countries/regions: 12–25 business days
All delivery times are ESTIMATES ONLY and NOT GUARANTEED. Delays may occur due to holidays, peak shopping seasons, customs inspections, carrier delays, weather events, political disruptions, or other events beyond our direct control. We are NOT liable for any delivery delays.
5. Shipping Fees
Shipping costs are calculated automatically at checkout based on your delivery address, order weight, package size, and selected shipping method.
We may offer free shipping promotions from time to time, subject to specific terms and conditions.
6. Tracking Information
Once your order has been shipped, a tracking number will be sent to your registered email address. You may use this number to track your package online through the carrier’s website.
7. Customs, Import Duties & Taxes
All orders are shipped from our warehouse in China. International orders may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, fees, or brokerage charges imposed by the destination country’s customs authority.
ANY AND ALL such charges are the SOLE RESPONSIBILITY of the buyer. These charges are NOT included in the product price or shipping cost. We do NOT cover, prepay, reimburse, or assume liability for any import-related costs, delays, seizures, or penalties during customs clearance. Please check your local customs regulations and import policies before placing your order.
8. Lost or Damaged Packages
If your package is confirmed lost by the carrier or arrives damaged, you must contact us WITHIN 7 DAYS of the expected delivery date with your order number and clear photos/videos of the damaged package/items. We will investigate the issue and assist with a replacement or refund at our sole discretion, in accordance with our Refund Policy.
Claims submitted after the 7-day window will NOT be accepted or processed.
9. Undeliverable & Returned Packages
If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect, incomplete, or invalid address provided by the buyer, we will contact you to confirm the correct address for re-shipment. Additional shipping fees will be charged to the buyer for re-delivery. We reserve the right to cancel the order and retain the original shipping fee if the address error is caused by the buyer.
