What payment methods do you accept?

We currently accept payments via Payoneer Checkout, which allows you to pay with all major credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover). Please note that PayPal is temporarily unavailable.

What will appear on my credit card statement?

Your statement will show a generic company name — not "Private Bliss" or any reference to intimate products — to fully protect your privacy.

Is my package discreetly shipped?

Yes. All orders are shipped in plain, neutral packaging with no brand name or product description on the outside. Your privacy is our priority.

How long does shipping take?

We ship from China via reliable international carriers. Estimated delivery time is 9–14 business days to most destinations in the US and Europe.

What is your return policy?

Due to hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns or exchanges on intimate products unless they arrive defective or damaged. If you receive a faulty item, please contact us within 14 days of delivery with photos of the issue, and we will process a replacement or refund promptly.

How do I clean my product?

Most products can be cleaned with warm water and mild soap, or a dedicated toy cleaner. Always check the product manual for specific care instructions, especially for waterproof vs. non-waterproof items.

Are your products waterproof?

Many of our products are water-resistant or fully waterproof — see individual product pages for details. Waterproof models can be used in the shower or bath, but always avoid submerging non-waterproof items.

Can I use lubricant with my product?

Yes! We recommend using water-based lubricants with all our silicone products. Oil-based or silicone-based lubricants may damage the material.

Will you share my personal information with third parties?

No. We never sell, rent, or share your personal information with third parties, except as required by law.

My product isn't working properly. What should I do?

First, check the product manual for troubleshooting tips. If the issue persists, contact our support team with your order number and photos or videos of the problem, and we'll resolve it quickly.
